Attention students! The 2024 Neuroscience Contests are now open for registration.
Eligibility and Registration
The ISC welcomes individuals with a passion for neuroscience, regardless of background or experience.
Eligibility
- Must not have started university studies.
- Are under the age of 20 during the contest.
- Undergraduate students are welcome to participate, but they will not be able to get any awards and will be put in a separate division.

All participants who take the Phase 2 exam will be ranked on the official ISC website. This ranking system fosters healthy competition and allows you to compare your performance with others. Finalists who achieve top rankings will receive accredited certificates acknowledging their exceptional achievement in the ISC.
Medal Awards
The ISC awards prestigious medals to the top scorers in the Phase 2 exam. These medals are a symbol of excellence and a testament to your dedication to neuroscience.
- Gold Medal: Awarded to the top 5% of scorers.
- Silver Medal: Awarded to the next 10% of scorers (after Gold medalists).
- Bronze Medal: Awarded to the next 15% of scorers (after Silver medalists).
- Honorable Mention: Awarded to the next 20% of scorers (after bronze medalists).
